O Fenômeno da Improvisação no Contexto das Competências Secretariais

As the executive secretarial professional is considered a key person to answer to the rapid changes in the organizational not planned, it is assumed that there is a correlation between improvisation and secretarial skills. In this context, this study objective is to investigate the improvisation phenomenon as a secretarial competence. In methodological terms, qualitative and descriptive research was carried out. As for the data collection strategy, it was a bibliographic and documentary research. Based on the data treatment, which occurred through categorization and content analysis, the relationship between improvisation and secretarial skills was confirmed in theory, although this relationship is not explicit in the skills list of the secretarial professional. It was found that improvisation can contribute to the secretarial expansion field in theoretical terms, and also that the dissemination of a competence possibility.
