Diversity of lady beetles(Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) in hemlocks at three different locations along the Daduhe River drainage-basin in Sichuan Province

Forty-eight species of lady beetles(Coleoptera:Coccinellidae) were collected at three diffe-rent locations along the Daduhe River drainage-basin in Sichuan Province.Among them,Scymnus geminus,S.huashansong,S.lycotropus and S.ningshanensis were first reported in Sichuan.The adults could be collected between March and November.The indices of richness,equability,and diversity of lady beetles were higher at Yangchanggou than at Simaqiao and Nibagou while the index of dominance was lowest at Yangchanggou.The index of similarity of lady beetles at the three locations was lower.
