Second-Harmonic Generation Microscopy with Texture Analysis for Colon Cancer Diagnostics

Second-harmonic generation microscopy was used to image collagen in normal and cancerous human colon histological samples, and texture analysis was used to investigate the changes in collagen structure occurring during carcinogenesis.
