FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnosis of non-gonococcus urogenital infections in children. Method involves assay in children of first years of life the following pathogens of urogenital infections: Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes simplex I/II by PCR method. Method involves simultaneous assay in mixture of 4 substrates: urine, saliva, blood and lacrimal secretion taken from a single patient.
