Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is characterized by: (1) autosomal dominant inheritance; (2) mucocutaneous melanotic pigmentation; and (3) gastrointestinal polyposis.The clinical, pathologic and roentgenographic features of PJS are reviewed and examples taken from the authors’ experience with 9 PJS patients are illustrated.
