Challenges using portable devices during Conditional Automation

Portable devices such as tablets or smartphones are important entertainment and working tools, that will become more useful once Conditional Automation (CA) is available. Performing tasks with personal devices provides comfort and helps counter passive fatigue, but its usage can compromise safety in Take Over Request (TOR) scenarios.
