Purpose The value of indocyanine green (ICG) test is negatively affected in patients with intrahepatic shunt, ICG excretory defect, or jaundice. This study evaluated 99mTc-GSA SPECT/CT fusion imaging for assessing liver function in patients with severely deteriorated ICG values.
