Minibasket is a very important stage in the formation of future basketball players. It is therefore interesting to know the teaching-learning process through the opinion of coaches, officials and experts, deepening and programming methodology. The study belongs the interpretive paradigm, using a qualitative methodology. It reflects the opinion of 9 respondents divided into three groups: 3 coaches, 3 referees and 3 basketball experts. The instrument used was the semi-structured interview, designed using the Delphi method. The results obtained from the study were presented on three dimensions. In the Personal Dimension highlights the importance of focusing on pedagogical and educational goals, as well as motivation. In Dimension Methodology, is recommended using games, real situations, investigative teaching or affective and reflective feedbacks. In Dimension Programming is recommended to be from the initial level of the player and / or group, and developing together aspects such as technique, tactics and rules.
