126 cases of cesarean section delivery mode analysis

Objective:To study the cesarean section delivery method.Methods:January 2008 to January 2009 the first cesarean section in our hospital,126 patients with term pregnancy again,maternal mode of delivery were analyzed retro spectively.Results:56 cases without trial of labor directly choose cesarean section,70 cases of trial of labor,44 cases of trial of labor success rate was 62.9%.Conclusion:The cesarean section is not absolute indications for cesarean section,who meet the conditions for trial of labor,trial of labor under intensive care is safe.
