Survey on the "Three Orchestras in Southern Jiangsu"

The present article is a survey on three silk-bamboo orchestra of different nature and state through interview and participation.They belong to the same music type,play almost the same core pieces and representative pieces,and develop within the same geographical area;but due to their members' different living styles and different levels of cultural encounter,the "three orchestras in Southern Jiangsu" manifest distinct difference and unique characteristics in organizational structure and music expression.The summarization and integration of the three orchestras is of value to the further study of the silk-bamboo music of Southern Jiangsu.
