On the Independence of Japan Central Bank

The Japanese Bank Law revised version was published in June 1997,whose key content is to determine the independent status of the Central Bank of Japanese Bank.Analyzing and discussing the independence of the Central Bank of Japanese Bank,it is hoped to get enlightenment for China's Central Bank system reform.
