Optimal reconfigurable base stations (R-BS) architecture and requirements to R-BS

The problems associated with defining the requirements for base stations, which will operate being based on SDR-technology are considered. Based on these requirements, new SDR-Base Station architecture, which allows reconfiguration radio access network, is proposed.
