The invention relates to the technical field of heat transfer enhancement, and in particular relates to a boiling heat transfer enhancement runner outer shell with a flow guide component. The outer shell consists of a runner outer shell assembly and a flow guide assembly, wherein the runner outer shell assembly is arranged on the outer side of a reactor pressure vessel; the flow guide assembly is arranged at the bottom of the runner outer shell assembly and is used for communicating the inner and outer parts of the runner outer shell assembly; the runner outer shell assembly consists of a cylindrical runner outer shell assembly and a runner outer shell sealing head assembly, which are connected to form a whole body; clearance runners, which are used for enhancing boiling heat transfer and improving the critical heat flux of the boiling heat transfer, are formed in the inner wall of the runner outer shell assembly and the outer wall of the reactor pressure vessel; the flow guide assembly is used for guiding a cooling liquid phase outside the runners into vapor-liquid two-phase flow outside the reactor pressure vessel and at the outer wall of the reactor pressure vessel and for generating a jet flow effect, the boiling heat transfer process of the outer surface of the reactor pressure vessel can be remarkably enhanced, and the critical heat flux density is improved, so that the safety of the reactor pressure vessel can be remarkably improved.
