К вопросу о влиянии лазерной дисцизии вторичной катаракты на состояние макулярной зоны сетчатки

The objective of the study was to study the effect of YAG-laser posterior capsulotomy on the state of the central retinal area. We investigated 190 patients after phacoemulsification with IOL implantation. In 25 % of patients from this group laser treatment for secondary cataract was performed in the late post-op period. A significant increase in the visual acuity was found.
