The invention discloses a full-automatic production method for novel composite self-thermal-insulation concrete blocks. The method sequentially includes the steps of hollow block forming and primary maintenance, foaming grouting and secondary maintenance, stacking, supporting plate returning and the like. A supporting plate returning system is innovated, so that the problem that block making machines cannot be normally produced because a stacker breaks down frequently is solved. A self-thermal-insulation maintenance system is designed, so that good energy conservation and emission reduction effects are achieved, and maintenance time for the blocks is greatly shortened. According to the method, the problems that in the automatic production process of the composite self-thermal-insulation concrete blocks, block maintenance energy consumption is high, maintenance time is long, production time is influenced by temperature variation and seasonal variation, the manufacturing cost of a production line is excessively high and the failure frequency of automation equipment is high in the production process are solved. The full-automatic production method is applied and popularized to achieve good economic benefits and social benefits.
