PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus for dental use, which can suppress the influence of an abnormality in using a treatment implement on the side of a unit which is arranged at the proximal end of a hand piece and supplies or discharges water, air or the like. SOLUTION: The three-way electromagnetic valves 104aC, 104bC, 104cC of the medical apparatus 200 for dental use, in an initial state, open the first air tube 104aA, 104bA, and the first cooling water tube 104cA, and also block the second air tube 104aB, 104bB, and the second cooling water tube 104cB. When the detected flow rate or pressure of a fluid is not within a normal range, a self diagnosis substrate 140 blocks the first air tube 104aA, 104bA, and the first cooling water tube 104cA, and also opens the second air tube 104aB, 104bB, and the second cooling water tube 104cB.
