The method comprises the following steps of step 1 of carrying out preparation of river crab pond conditions, step 2 of carrying out river crab pond preparation, step 3 of carrying out domestication of Chinese high fin banded shark, step 4 of stocking river crab larvae, fingerlings of Chinese high fin banded shark, fingerlings of mandarin fish and freshwater shrimps, and step 5 of uniformly putting fresh and clean margarya into a whole river crab pond according to the use quantity of 150kg to 200kg per mu before the Tomb-Sweeping Day and monthly putting temporarily cultured fresh margarya into the river crab pond according to the use quantity of 60kg per mu during May to August. The comprehensive and ecological river crab pond culturing method is used for culturing the river crabs.
