Pelatihan Kreasi Kembang Goyang (KKG) Milenial Kepada Guru, Siswa, dan Wali Murid TPA-KB-TK IT Assalam Malang

Kembang Goyang is one of the traditional Indonesian cakes that must be preserved. The younger generation must be reintroduced with the rocking flower cake so that Indonesia's cultural heritage can be preserved. The Millennial Kembang Goyang Creation (KKG) Training Activity for Teachers, Students, and Student Guardians of the TPA-KB-TK-IT Assalam Malang was carried out with the aim of introducing rocking flower cake and training to make bouncy flower cake to teachers, students and guardians of students. This community service program was carried out on January 28-30 2020. The method used in this community service activity was counseling on the introduction of the rocking flower cake, steps to make millennial flower shake creations (KKG), and training on making flower shake cakes. Shaking flower cake packaging, as well as the technique of serving rocking flower cake with a variety of presentations. The results of this program provide valuable experiences to teachers, students, and guardians of TPA-KB-TK IT Assalam Malang city. They are happy because they can get to know, make millennial rocking flower cakes, and enjoy rocking flower cake with a variety of presentations.
