Scca-1 production inhibitor having a carboxamide derivative and/or a salt thereof as an active ingredient

Provided is an SCCA-1 production inhibitor that contains, as an active ingredient, at least one carboxamide derivative chosen from the group comprising: compounds represented by general formula (I) (in the formula, X represents CR5 or a nitrogen atom; R1, R4, and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, or a C1-6 hydroxyalkyl group having one to five hydroxy groups; and R2 and R3 either each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, or a C1-6 hydroxyalkyl group having one to five hydroxy groups, or alternatively each represent -(CH2)n- with n being 1 or 2 and may form, with the atoms and carbonyl group to which R2 and R3 are bonded, a five- to six-membered ring); allantoin; and salts of said compounds.
