Rolling element maintaining chain guide groove structure for linear slide rail

2013
The invention relates to a rolling element maintaining chain guide groove structure for a linear slide rail, and aims to solve the problems that insufficient injection generally occurs to circular components by using injection molding production, joints are formed at junction positions between adjacently assembled circular components due to insufficient injection, consequently a rolling element maintaining chain is clamped into the joints of an outer blocking wall of a guide groove in a miniaturized linear slide rail, and thus unsmooth operation is caused. According to the invention, in two adjacently assembled circular components, the outer blocking wall zone is segmented into a first outer blocking wall and a second outer blocking wall which are connected to a junction surface; if the two adjacent circular components are connected at a rotating channel, then an included angle of a tangent direction with a tangent point being a connecting point between the second outer blocking wall and the junction surface with the junction surface is an acute angle; and if the two adjacent circular components are connected at a linear channel, then the included angle between the second outer blocking wall and the junction surface is an acute angle. Through the above structure, the rolling element maintaining chain is allowed to avoid the joints of the outer blocking wall of the guide groove and move smoothly.
