Study the Plasma Parameters by Probe method

In present study, the 0.1mm tungsten measurement and 2 mm length Langmuir test was utilized toresearch electron temperature and the electron thickness at separation 0.07 mm at point from surface ofanode. Also, the planer magnetron faltering gadget was utilized. Just as the weight on the plasma boundaryimpacted were learned in these separation.After effect in this study demonstrated show that when the weight expanded the temperature of electron willdiminished while the thickness of electron expanded.
