The invention provides an information encryption device which comprises a sequence storage cell, a relevance storage cell, a sequence acquisition cell, a sequence judgment cell and a reveal cell. The sequence storage cell is used for storing preset character input sequences; the relevance storage cell is used for relevance storage of first preset information and the preset character input sequences; the sequence acquisition cell is used for acquiring the sequence of inputted characters; the sequence judgment cell is used for judging whether the preset character input sequences matched with the sequence of the inputted characters exist or not; the reveal cell is used for acquiring the first preset information correlative to the preset character input sequence and revealing the first preset information on the condition that the judgment result of the sequence judgment cell is yes. The invention further provides an information encryption method. According to the technical scheme, users can express different hidden information by adjusting sequences of the inputted characters.
