Narrowing QRS by ventricular over drive pacing during a wide-QRS complex tachycardia; What is the mechanism?

Abstract We describe a case where ventricular overdrive pacing during a wide QRS complex supraventricular tachycardia demonstrated constant fusion by narrowing the QRS complex duration and diagnosing the tachycardia mechanism.
