On FAME Synthesis and Phytosterol Extraction from Deodorizer Distillate

[Objective] To discuss the method of producing FAME and extracting phytosterol from deodorizer distillate with immobilized lipase. [Method]With camellia oil deodorizer distillate from Jiangxi as raw material,the single-factor test was conducted on the reaction conditions,the optimum reaction technique parameters were determined. [Result]The experiment showed that,the immobilized lipase 8%,methanol 10% with stirring speed 150 r / min at 40 ℃ for 16 h,the esterification rate was up to 93%. After crystallization and recrystallization,the extraction rate and purity of phytosterol was up to 89%,90% respectively. [Conclusion] The obtained technique for FAME synthesis and phytosterol extraction could reuse waste liquid,increase the added value and protect the eco-environment.
