Comment on "Electromagnetic Waves in a Material with Simultaneous Mirror-Conjugated and Racemic Chirality Characteristics," by A. Lakhtakia and W. Weiglhofer

Here we point out that the solution of the problem treated in the paper under discussion was published several years ago, comment on possible realization of such media, and discuss the terminology used by the authors.
