The utility model relates to a broad-width material splicing system capable of splicing materials with a width ranging from 600 mm to 1100 mm at a production speed over 200m per minute. A left material connection of a material-connecting part is composed of a set of cylinder actuating mechanism and a material-connecting box A. The cylinder actuating mechanism is composed of a material-connecting cylinder A and two sets of linear bearings and guide rods and connected with the material-connecting box A. The material-connecting cylinder A and the material-connecting box A are connected through a floating joint. The material-connecting box A which is hollow is connected with a rear branch pipe through a gas pipe. The surface of the material-connecting box A is coated with a silica gel layer. Three rows of air draught holes are equipped on the silica gel layer for sucking materials. A material-cutting part comprises a left group and a right group. The material-cutting part is further divided into a material-pressing part and a material-cutting part. The left material-pressing part is composed of a set of cylinder actuating mechanism and a pressing plate A. The cylinder actuating mechanism is composed of two material-pressing cylinders A and two sets of linear bearings and guide rods. A cutting knife A is formed by assembling four zigzag-shaped blades. The whole system is laterally symmetrical. A material-connecting part and a material-cutting part on the right side are identical to those on the left side.
