The present invention relates to a honeycomb SCR DeNOx catalyst and preparation method, a monomer comprising a honeycomb catalyst and a preparation method of power plant flue gas denitration. The present invention is a honeycomb ceramic substrate, aluminum titanium composite oxide support, tungsten, vanadium, copper, cerium-lanthanum composite oxide catalytic active component. A honeycomb ceramic body mass basis, wherein the aluminum titanium composite oxide carrier mass loading of 5 to 20% vanadium, tungsten, copper, cerium-lanthanum composite oxide mass loading of the active ingredient 13 to 18%. The pretreated good cordierite honeycomb carrier was immersed into the prepared catalyst slurry, dried and calcined, to obtain a honeycomb monolithic catalyst. The catalyst for selectively catalytic denitrification (SCR) not only improves the conversion of the denitration catalyst, but also improves the high temperature denitration effects. The catalyst preparation process of the present invention is simple, and can reduce the overall cost of a catalyst system, to enhance the thermal stability of the catalyst can be widely adapted to power plant flue gas selective catalytic denitration art.
