The present invention relates to a process for preparing oleate Gemini surfactants. Excellent conventional type Gemini surfactant properties, but the synthesis steps are complicated, expensive raw materials. Take the present invention is 29 parts by mass to 36 parts of oleic acid monoethanolamide, was dissolved in 40ml of tetrahydrofuran, the molar ratio of a mixed solvent of diethyl ether and acetonitrile was added three-necked flask, under nitrogen, was added to 22 parts of a 16 phosphorus oxychloride, 5 to 7 parts of triethylamine, 5 to 7 parts of ethylene glycol, 28 to 38 parts of cetyl dimethyl amine, strict control of temperature and the reaction was stirred at 0 ℃ 4h. Warmed to 65 ℃, reaction was continued for 12 ~ 72h, i.e., oleic acid group obtained Gemini surfactants. Surfactants prepared by this method has not only excellent properties of conventional Gemini surfactant, its preparation process is also simple, inexpensive starting material having the characteristics of a good market applicability.
