Novel B-site Cd2+ doped CsPbBr3 quantum dot glass toward strong fluorescence and high stability for wLED
2020
Abstract Cd2+ doped CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots were synthesized in borosilicate glass for the first time by traditional melting method. By X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and high resolution electron microscopy analysis, it was proved that Cd2+ successfully entered the perovskite lattice structure. The samples have good optical properties, high photostability, chemical stability, thermal stability and water stability. On this basis, CsPb0.7Cd0.3Br3 QDs glass, commercial red phosphor (CaAlSiN3:Eu2+) and blue light chip were coupled to produce white LED devices. This discovery opens up a new way for the application of metal ion-doped perovskite QDs glass in optoelectronic devices.
