This invention refers to diagnosis and masking therapy instrument for tinnitus. It is a kind checking and treating device for otopathy. It consists of device housing, panel, electric circuit board consisted of electric elements in the device housing. It can check tinnitus, diagnose tinnitus frequency range for patients by using 56 notes such as do, re, me in the music, cure tinnitus patients with masking therapy method and also check precision hearing. The instrument diagnoses tinnitus frequency by letting the patients to hear notes in c scale sounded sequentially, through rotating the switch. The tinnitus volume=masking tinnitus volume-value of auditory threshold.
