The present invention relates to a rubber composite with excellent ground contact force and abrasion resistance which manufacture by crosslinking rubber with high ground contact force and rubber with abrasion resistance after pre-crosslinking the rubber with high ground contact force and is able to be applied to an outer sole requiring high ground contact force and abrasion resistance, an outer sole and shoes using the same. The present invention crosslinks and mixes rubber with high ground contact force and rubber with abrasion resistance after pre-crosslinking the rubber with high ground contact force and surface-processing the same rather than performing uniform dispersion when two kinds of rubbers are mixed in order to maintain the advantages of each rubber in the mixing of the rubber with high ground contact force and rubber with abrasion resistance, makes two components form each single phase, manufactures rubber composites satisfying abrasion resistance and high ground contact force and is able to be applied to high quality sports shoes requiring high durability and frictional force on the surface.
