The invention discloses a two-arm lap joint type patch for laparoscopic herniorrhaphy, which is characterized in that an inner ring hole with diameter the same as a spermatic cord is arranged in the center of a single-layer plain film; a slit is arranged from the inner ring hole to one side of the plain film to form two fins; and one fin extends toward the other fin or the two fins extend toward each other so as to be in lap joint with each other. The patch overcomes the defects of easy relapse of the disease and inconvenient operation when the single-layer patch is used and solves the technical problems of high cost and complex operation when the double-layer patch is used.
