Method and device in fluid nanogravimetria means based on piezoelectric resonators. The invention provides a method, an electronic device characterization and a support and measuring cell for monitoring a chemical or physical process whose result can be evaluated in terms of changes in mass on a deposited on a piezoelectric sensor coating, facing a fluid medium whose physical characteristics remain stable. The invention exploits the derivation of an analytical expression that establishes a simple relationship between the phase variation of a signal of fixed frequency, which interrogates the piezoelectric resonator, and variation in the bulk density of the coating. The invention has utility in applications in which piezoelectric resonators are used for the characterization of biochemical and electrochemical processes such as biosensors and piezo immunosensors, characterization of processes and materials by Electrogravimetry ac, detection of chemical or biological dissolution substances, among others.
