Penile curvature may be corrected surgically in day hospital. The authors used a modified technique, compared to the usual Ebbehoj-Metz plication. In the case of Induratio Penis Plastica a graft may also be made with pig acellular dermic matrix (Pelvicol). In the authors' experience, patients were able to achieve penetration within three months after the operation. It is therefore considered that surgery of this kind in selected cases represents a minimally invasive and effective solution that is acceptable to all.
