The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bamboo-plastic winding composite pipe. A lining layer, an inner enhancement layer, a thickening layer, an outer enhancement layer and an outer protective layer which are arranged on the bamboo-plastic winding composite pipe from inside to outside in the radial direction are manufactured in sequence. The method for manufacturing the bamboo-plastic winding composite pipe is characterized by comprising the steps that when the inner enhancement layer is manufactured, a bamboo skin belt is annularly and spirally wound outside the lining layer in a crossed mode layer by layer until a design thickness is achieved, a resin mixture is added while winding is conducted, so that the inner enhancement layer is formed, sand mastic is attached to the bamboo skin belt, the bamboo skin belt and the sand mastic are evenly wound outside the inner enhancement layer, the sand mastic forms the inner enhancement layer, meanwhile, the bamboo skin belt forms the outer enhancement layer, the mass ratio of quartz sand in the sand mastic is 75%-88%, and the mass ratio of resin is 12%-25%. By means of the method for manufacturing the bamboo-plastic winding composite pipe, the needs of different pipe diameters and sand adding thicknesses can be met, the production cost of the bamboo composite pipe is lowered, and processing efficiency is improved.
