Subiendo al Sur: África y América Latina en las nuevas dinámicas de la cooperación Sur–Sur

La Cooperacion Sur-Sur ha dejado de ser una opcion en la politica internacional de los paises de America Latina, Asia y Africa y se ha convertido en una herramienta obligatoria para su posicionamiento en el Sistema Internacional. No obstante, la aplicacion practica del concepto es el mayor obstaculo que se presenta en la actualidad para el desarrollo de este tipo de dialogo, y frente a lo anterior, America Latina y Africa han respondido con la formacion de nuevos foros que deben sobreponerse a una serie de retos significativos para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos y asi, consolidar el futuro de la Cooperacion Sur–Sur. Abstract South–South Cooperation is no longer an option in the foreign policy of Latin America, Asia and Africa and has become a mandatory tool for their positioning in the International System. However, nowadays, the practical application of the concept is the most important obstacle the development of this dialogue has to face.  Latin America and Africa have responded with new and powerful approaches that must overcome a number of significant challenges and, therefore, reach the objectives proposed and, at the same time, strengthen the future of South–South Cooperation.
