Notice of Retraction Research on the evaluation model of scientific and technological project authorizing quality based on hierarchical analysis- entropy-ideal solution sort

This study first gave a definition about the authorizing quality of scientific and technological project, and then built the evaluation index system, proposed a new model called “hierarchical analysis- entropy-ideal solution sort” to evaluate the authorizing quality of scientific and technological projects.
