Attraktiverer Busverkehr durch aktuelle Fahrgastinformation: Erfahrungen mit LSA-Telegramm-gesteuertem System in Muenster / Attractive Bus-Service thanks to Real-time Information

Ist-Abfahrtzeit-Informationen von Fahrgastinformationssystemen werden normalerweise ausschliesslich aus vorgelagerten rechnergestuetzten Betriebsleit (RBL)-Systemen geliefert. In Muenster sind die Stadtverkehre RBL-gesteuert, die Regionalverkehre jedoch nicht. Alle Fahrzeuge nutzen jedoch gemeinsam eine telegrammgesteuerte Lichtsignal-Beeinflussung. Diese Lichtsignalanlagen (LSA)-Telegramme werden jetzt zur Berechnung von Ist-Informationen der Regionalfahrzeuge verwendet. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: All information for actual vehicle departure times of real time passenger information systems (RTPI) usually is provided by separate AVL-systems. In Muenster the city-buses are controlled by an AVL-system, but the buses for the regional traffic are not included. Despite of this separation all vehicles are equipped with radio controlled traffic light preemption systems and use the same telegram-types. These telegrams are used to evaluate the real-time-information for the regional traffic vehicles. (A)
