Automatic breaking solid-state relay

The invention relates to the field of relays, and specifically relates to an automatic breaking solid-state relay which can forcibly break load output when a semiconductor power device of a solid-state switch is in short circuit failure. The automatic breaking solid-state relay comprises a logic control circuit, a switch detection circuit, a solid-state switch circuit and an automatic breaking circuit. A control method of the logic control circuit comprises the following steps that: the logic control circuit controls the output end of the solid-state switch circuit to be switched on after receiving a control signal, and the switch detection circuit is switched off; if the logic control circuit receives no control signal, the output end of the solid-state switch circuit breaks, and the switch detection circuit is switched on; if the logic control circuit receives no control signal, and the switch detection circuit is switched off, the logic control circuit controls the automatic breaking circuit to break.
