Hydrodynamic force ultrasonic wave generating device for reducing viscosity of superheavy oil

2014
The invention relates to a hydrodynamic force ultrasonic wave generating device for reducing the viscosity of superheavy oil. The hydrodynamic force ultrasonic wave generating device for reducing the viscosity of the superheavy oil comprises a flowing cavity which is provided with an injection port and an outflow port, a resonant cavity and a resonant rod. The superheavy oil is injected from the injection port and flows out of the outflow port. The resonant cavity is arranged to be opposite to the outflow port of the flowing cavity, after the superheavy oil flowing out of the outflow port enters the resonant cavity, the pressure of the superheavy oil between the flowing cavity and the resonant cavity changes periodically, and the superheavy oil overflows. The frequency of the periodic changes of the pressure of the superheavy oil serves as ultrasonic wave frequency. The resonant rod is fixed to the bottom of the resonant cavity and inserted into the flowing cavity from the outflow port, and the intensity of the action of ultrasonic waves is improved through the flow collecting function of the resonant rod. The hydrodynamic force ultrasonic wave generating device for reducing the viscosity of the superheavy oil is simple in structure, is not limited by the weather conditions of an oil field operation field or the ingredients of crude oil, and is environmentally friendly, capable of saving energy, large in treatment amount and good in treatment effect.
