TAMUX model for industrial HMI evaluation from UX and task performance perspective: Extended Abstract

This research work presents a new conceptual model for workers' performance evaluation during tasks execution with industrial HMIs (Human machine interfaces). The new model integrates Technology Acceptance Model, Task-Technology Fit and User Experience model into the research of Human-Computer Interaction. In order to evaluate the execution of tasks and their impact on workers' performance, this research takes a holistic approach with experiential aspects related to users' behaviour and emotions, together with the instrumental qualities of industrial interfaces.
