Analysis of Fasudil in Treating Transient Ischemic Attacks

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of Fasudil in treating basilar artery system ischemic attack.Methods78 cases of transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into observation group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases).All the patients underlaid the same treatment method.The patients in observation group were given Fasudil(30 mg intravenous infusion) 2 times daily,10 d for one course to observe the treatment efficacy and reactions.ResultsAfter 14 days treatment the efficiency was 41%,total efficiency was 92.3% in the observation group,while in the control group the efficiency was 17.9%,tatal efficiency was 54.6%.The two groups were statistically compared(P0.05).ConclusionFasudil can quickly improve clinical symptoms.There is no serious adverse reaction.
