Research advancement on the safety of sucralose

Sucralose is a non-nutritive sweetener used in a broad range of foods,beverages and medicine.To assess the safety of sucralose,many scientists have studied its acute and chronic toxicity,genotoxicity,carcinogenity and reproduction toxicity.The absorption,distribution,excretion and toxicity of sucralose and the approval of its use in China and abroad are reviewed.
