The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon-containing hydrogenated demetalization catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, a physical pore expanding agent I is steeped in a silicon-containing solution I and hydrogenated active component steeping liquid I separately, a physical pore expanding agent II is steeped in a silicon-containing solution II and hydrogenated active component steeping liquid II separately, and the steeped physical pore expanding agent I and the steeped physical pore expanding agent II are subjected to sealed heat treatment for standby application; 2, the physical pore expanding agent I and the physical pore expanding agent II which are obtained in the step 1, pseudo-boehmite dry glue powder, a chemical pore expanding agent, an extrusion aid and a peptizing agent are mixed and kneaded into a plasticizer, extruding, drying and calcining are conducted, and a modified aluminum oxide carrier containing the active components and silicon dioxide is prepared; 3, the modified aluminum oxide carrier is loaded with the remaining hydrogenated active components, drying and calcining are conducted, and then the silicon-containing hydrogenated demetalization catalyst is prepared. According to the catalyst prepared through the method, the content of active metals is relatively high at macropores and relatively low at micropores, the hydrothermal stability of macropores is obviously improved, and high activity and long-cycle operation stability are achieved.
