Physical activity is an indispensable part of everyday life and the lack of it can lead to the appearance of various chronic diseases, disabilities and morbidity. Some people think that their physical activity takes away too much time and money and they use it as an excuse for inactivity, but there are many entertaining forms of physical activity that bring a number of positive improvements both physically and mentally. The main goal of the work is to increase awareness of the good effects of physical activity on the human body and how much it affects the health. In the study, 29 physiotherapy students participated in the survey, who provided responses related to the personal habits of physical activity and the subjective assessment of health. 67.2% of students are currently engaged in some type of physical activity and rated their health a high grade of 4.03, so hypotheses have been confirmed. Given that health is not only genetically conditioned, although the inclination to certain diseases is inherited, by changing life habits one can affect their health.
