Power Network Planning Method Based on Life Cycle Cost Theory

Life cycle cost theory which is helpful to make power industry with reasonable costs to obtain higher economic benefits is applied to power network planning by the domestic power industry. Firstly it introduces the concept of the life cycle cost theory. then one is based on the comprehensive consideration of the reliability factors, power network planning mathematical model is established to be targeted at life cycle cost of power network at least, so that the network planning mathematical model is more perfect than before, which is able to provide strong technical support for power department.
