A Second Generation Tunable Spatial Heterodyne Spectrometer for Ground-Based Observations of Diffuse Emission Line Targets

We report construction and testing of a tunable spatial heterodyne spectrometer that has been installed at the Coude Auxiliary Telescope on Mt. Hamilton. The instrument combines high sensitivity and resolving power with broadband capability.
