Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Ventricular Tachycardia and Syncope

45 year old healthy woman who presented with palpitation and syncope. She was found to have idiopathic VT originating from right ventricular outflow tract. Using electro anatomical mapping, VT was ablated successfully.
