It is used for setting special account number and password; the AT sends said special account number and password to PDSN; the PDSN sends the account number to AAA server; after passing the authentication, AAA server allocates IP address forthe AT and informs the PDSN the authentication is successful; said PDSN informs the RN the user passes the authentication, authorizes the user and establishes a carrier path for AT; said AT accesses the website for providing the account-opening service or pre-paid service to complete the account-opening operation and pre-paid operation.
