Method and device of producing sodium hydrosulfide from acid gas

2014
The invention discloses a device of producing sodium hydrosulfide from acid gas, wherein the device includes reactors and a liquid storage tank. The liquid storage tank is provided with a plurality of liquid storage zones of which the number is equal to that of the reactors. An upper part of each reactor is a liquid phase storage trough, a middle part of each reactor is a straight cylindrical reaction tube and a lower part of each reactor is a gas-liquid separation pipe. Each liquid phase storage trough is provided with a gas phase inlet and a circulating liquid inlet. An absorption liquid inlet is arranged on a tube wall of the straight cylindrical reaction tube. Each reactor is communicated with corresponding liquid storage zone through the gas-liquid separation pipe. An overflow plate is arranged in the liquid phase storage trough between each two adjacent gas-liquid separation pipe. Each liquid storage zone is provided with a generated liquid outlet which is connected to the absorption liquid inlet on each reactor and the circulating liquid inlet through pipelines respectively. A product discharge branched pipeline is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the generated liquid outlet of the most front liquid storage zone and the reactors. In the method of producing the sodium hydrosulfide from the acid gas, a NaOH solution is employed as an absorption liquid to treat the acid gas and to produce sodium hydrosulfide. Compared with a reactor in the prior art, the acid gas tubular reactor achieves both acid gas purification and pollutant recycling.
